About the Role You’ll be the heartbeat of our workshop: Greet and support customers with professionalism and care. Manage bookings so technicians are never left waiting. Prepare accurate quotes and explain work in plain English. Keep customers informed with proactive updates (no surprises). Deliver jobs on time, with invoices accurate and complete. You’ll also work closely with our specialties in suspension, 4x4, and tyres — core parts of our business where we’re known as a leader. About You You’re the kind of person who is already valued in your current role, but knows they can aim higher. Organised, reliable, and steady under pressure. Clear communicator who connects with all kinds of people. Proud of your work and motivated to improve every day. Team‑focused and solutions‑driven — no excuses, just results. This role is NOT for you if: Customers feel like interruptions. You’re clock‑watching instead of stepping up. You blame instead of taking ownership. What Success Looks Like We believe in setting clear expectations. At 3 months : Confident with our systems, trusted by the team, and already earning a healthy monthly bonus . At 6 months : Workshop efficiency is up, technicians rely on you, and you’re capturing opportunities in tyres, suspension, and 4x4.
