Role Description: The Total Rewards Lead is an exciting newly created opportunity in our Perth CBD Office. In this role you will drive initiatives that provide effective and contemporary renumeration and benefits solutions. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies that drive employee retention and engagement. Job responsibilities: Foster a collaborate and inclusive team environment, by inspiring trust, promoting open communication and encouraging the professional development of team members. Support the team in achieving daily objectives by providing clear guidance and direction and addressing challenges collaboratively. Develop, lead and execute Synergy’s Total Reward Strategy, including competitive compensation, benefits, equity and recognition programs. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and internal policies regarding compensation and benefits and analyse market trends and internal data to benchmark and optimise reward structures. Oversee the administration and communication of annual pay, variable compensation, executive plans and allowance programs. Collaborate with Business Partners, business leaders and external vendors to ensure program effectiveness and integration into broader HR frameworks. What you will bring: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance or Related field 10 years + of compensation and benefits experience, with a minimum of 5 in people leadership Strong business acumen, analytical and project management experience Familiarity with compensation, benefits regulations and best practice and excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to influence and engage stakeholders Leadership and change management experience, especially with cross functional teams So, what's it like working for Synergy?
