Program Schedule Lead

Job Summary In this role, you will work with the project team to prepare schedule data for proposals or contract negotiations. You will apply established unit job hour and pricing data, perform schedule integrations, prepare work logic, identify restraints and potential impacts, develop recovery plans, and evaluate subcontractor schedules for improvements. You will be instrumental in ensuring projects stay on track and on time. Major Responsibilities Prepare schedule data for proposals or contract negotiations and may lead work effort. Apply established unit job hour and pricing data for a specific discipline or other specialty. Perform integration of individual schedules into the total project plan. Prepare performing organization's work logic in support of overall project schedule. Perform schedule resource loading and leveling. Maintain open communications with other organizations to support schedule maintenance and reporting. Identify schedule restraints and report activities with a critical or potential impact. Develop schedule recovery plans. Evaluate subcontractor schedules for required workarounds or potential schedule improvements. Education & Experience Requirements Requires bachelor’s or master’s degree (or international equivalent) and 13–15 years of relevant experience or 17–19 years of relevant work experience. Required Knowledge & Skills Experience in performing, monitoring, and reviewing planning and scheduling functions, including cost engineering functions. Knowledge of supervision, personnel administration, and training of technical and nontechnical personnel. Planning and scheduling products independently with minimal supervision using a high level of professional judgment. Skilled in oral and written communication. Advanced level of understanding of general Project Controls technical skills and engineering, procurement, and construction practices. Must be willing to move to Perth.
