We have experienced growth as a company and seek a dedicated and professionally like‑minded person to join our team. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Civil Site Manager to manage projects whilst reporting to the project manager and senior management. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all on‑site construction activities, ensuring safety compliance, coordinating subcontractors, managing project schedules, and maintaining strict quality control. Your expertise and leadership will be crucial in driving the success of our projects. Having experience in both Civil works and Building Construction is advantageous in this role. Responsibilities Delivery of the project from beginning to end. Effective onsite management of all site resources including subcontractors, trades, staff, and equipment. Delivery of projects safely, efficiently, and effectively through meeting the project success criteria of stakeholder relationships, time, cost, quality, safety, and process compliance. Safety protocols and procedures including daily pre‑start, toolbox talks, inductions, and SWMS. Ensuring management plans are provided and adhered to. Ability to manage program, daily, weekly, monthly basis. Responsible for implementing and adhering to the company's management systems for ISO accreditation 9001, 14001, 45001 in Safety, Environmental and Quality requirements. Ensure a high quality of work from trades and quality document control systems are prepared, monitored and submitted. Key Selection Criteria Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in managing civil and landscaping projects – all inground service infrastructure, including drainage, sewer, water, electrical, irrigation, road work construction and concrete construction. Qualified Civil Engineer or similarly related qualification (Registered Builder etc.). Highly motivated with the ability to drive results. Effective leadership and mentoring skills, ability to motivate a team of skilled workers. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, OHS regulations and QA systems. Able to use Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, I Auditor (internal record keeping) and Microsoft Project. Competitive Permanent Full Time position salary and benefits.
