Our Vision is to provide quality of care and excellence in all we do to put residents first through living our values of Compassion, Dignity, Quality, and Respect.About the RoleWe are seeking a highly capable and experienced Director of Nursing/ Home Manager to bring their demonstrated management and leadership qualities to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential aged care home. You will lead and motivate all on site managers and staff to deliver the best in residential care and customer service. You will work to continually develop and improve the operations of the home to ensure a high standard of care is maintained in the home.To be successful in this role you will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position within the residential aged care industry, includingProven management and leadership skillsSupport to resident choice and decision making including dignity of riskDemonstrated experience meeting overall service budgetsKnowledge and experience with Aged Care Quality StandardsKnowledge of current Health and Safety practices including COVID-19Existing knowledge and experience with continuous improvements and aged care legislationDemonstrated ability to maintain maximum occupancyExperience in meeting KPIs with regards to agency staff usage, staff turnover and Work Cover claimsWorking knowledge of AN-ACCCurrent AHPRA registrationCulture and BenefitsSupport from an experienced executive teamConfidential access to our Employee Assistance ProgramHomestyle Aged Care, The Way It Should Be77-83 Tareeda Way, Ocean Grove VIC 3226, Australia
