Reporting to the Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of operations — batching and loading concrete with accuracy, supporting daily site activities, and confidently operating plant and mobile equipment. No two days will look the same, and you’ll be part of a team that values safety, teamwork, and growth. Your day will involve: Producing quality concrete by accurately batching orders with our dedicated systems Safely operating a front‑end loader to prepare materials for batching Taking ownership of stock control, raw materials, and monthly forecasts Being actively involved in safety initiatives including pre‑starts, toolboxes and reporting Keeping the yard safe and tidy through general maintenance and housekeeping What are we looking for?
