Together, we are securing the future of healthy soil for generations to come. Full Time Plant Operator - Operations Team Wingfield and Buckland Park Opportunities. Covered by the Waste Management 2020 Award. Key Responsibilities Operating excavators across varying activities including (but not limited to) feeding/operating high speed grinders, log snipping, general excavator work. Operating front end loaders across varying activities including (but not limited to) loading truck and trailers, stockpile management, mixing and blending products to meet process standards. Accurately capturing data on our tablet system such as production output, truck weights for dispatch records etc. Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks. Reporting to the Team Leader, this role is crucial to our operation, operating our key machinery on site. This role requires overtime, weekend and Public Holiday work. What You'll Bring A current front-end loader licence and experience loading truck and trailers advantageous. A hard-working nature and good worth ethic. Display a strong commitment to health and safety. Physical fitness as the job may involve manual labor and working in varying weather conditions. Be ateam player.
