We are currently looking for an experienced Advertising Specialist to join our team for an immediate start. This is a full-time, ongoing position (38 hours per week), based in Adelaide, SA. If you’re passionate about advertising and want to be part of a growing company that values professionalism and innovation, we’d love to hear from you Role Overview The Advertising Specialist will play a key role in developing, implementing, and managing advertising strategies to enhance ATIVA’s brand visibility and customer engagement. This role is responsible for executing innovative marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, conducting market research, and optimizing advertising strategies to ensure a strong market presence. Key Duties Develop and execute advertising strategies to improve brand recognition and market reach. Manage and optimize digital and traditional advertising campaigns, including social media, search engines, email marketing, and print media. Conduct market research to understand customer behaviour, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Create engaging advertising content, including compelling copy, visuals, and promotional materials. Implement and oversee paid media efforts, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain brand consistency across all campaigns. Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide reports with insights for continuous improvement. Stay updated on emerging advertising trends, digital platforms, and industry best practices. Ensure all advertising activities comply with relevant regulations and guidelines. Manage advertising budgets effectively to achieve maximum return on investment. Support customer loyalty and retention initiatives through strategic marketing efforts. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in advertising, digital marketing, social media planning, and management. Strong knowledge of advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing tools. Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, campaign tracking software, and performance reporting. Hands‑on experience in brand management, ensuring consistent messaging and identity across all platforms. Excellent strategic and creative thinking abilities to design effective advertising campaigns. Strong written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling marketing messages. Proven ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of evolving advertising trends and the ability to adapt strategies accordingly. Experience in the service industry (cleaning, home maintenance) is a plus. Proficiency in both English and Portuguese is advantageous, as a couple of our digital developers/providers are based in Brazil.
