Flexible Online Counselling Roles - Join a Global Mental Health Movement We are seeking registered Mental Health Therapists & Counsellors with a minimum of 3 years' experience to provide counselling sessions online, with the freedom to design your own schedule. Alongside flexible work, you'll gain free access to 390 professional development courses to continue building your skills. Earnings Estimated annual earnings range from $22,000 AUD - $124,550 AUD , paid hourly, for clinicians working 25 to 35 hours per week across the year.*Estimates are not guaranteed and assume 52 working weeks. Actual income depends on caseload, client engagement and conversion rates. Since 2013, they have grown globally with more than 30,000 therapists internationally, removing barriers to therapy and making mental health support accessible to all. Tradewind Australia has been chosen to assist with expanding their Australian workforce, thanks to our expertise in mental health recruitment. Please note: Counsellors are independent contractors, not employees.
