This position is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of cleaning, guest service, and a positive work environment. Housekeeping & Reception – Casual Position Avenue West Studio Units – Toowoomba QLD About the Role This is a dual‑position role involving: Housekeeping Duties Cleaning guest rooms to a high standard Making beds, replenishing amenities, and maintaining room cleanliness General laundry tasks and keeping housekeeping areas tidy Reception Duties Greeting guests with a warm, welcoming attitude Assisting with check‑ins and check‑outs Answering phone calls and guest enquiries Basic computer and booking system tasks (training provided) What We're Looking For A positive attitude and strong attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Good communication skills Ability to work weekdays and weekends (flexible roster) Experience in housekeeping or reception is preferred but not required — training is provided Valid Australian work rights or appropriate work visa required Applicants must be 18 years of age or older What We Offer Supportive and friendly working environment Flexible hours Training provided for both housekeeping and reception tasks Opportunity to work in a modern, newly renovated motel How to Apply If this sounds like the perfect role for you, please apply through SEEK with your resume and a brief introduction about yourself .
