read onThe Business – Customer Success ManagerThis SaaS business is the go-to for a broad range of government, advisory and private businesses, across a variety of industries primarily GRC, and ESG.Their complex SaaS platform provides security in managing critical information and automating complex processes, trusted by big names such as Deloitte, Quantas, Visa, Goldman Sachs, and many more in 180 countries.The Role & Responsibilities – Customer Success ManagerYou will be the sole manager of around 30 customers across 10 key accounts, supporting customers using cloud-based software products, ensuring they maximise the use of the platform, and that all features and benefits are fully utilised.
