What youll be doing Reporting to the General Manager Technology Delivery this critical role is responsible for supporting the delivery of PEXAs strategic initiatives. Youll be instrumental in leading multiple Agile delivery squads and drive excellence in technology delivery and team performance. Your previous experience as a strategic change agent will ensure your success in the delivery of PEXAs transformation journey. This role offers the opportunity to shape technology delivery at scale while developing future leaders. Key Responsibilities Lead and drive large-scale technology modernisation and transformation initiatives delivering strategic change across platforms processes and ways of working Lead multiple Agile delivery squads across business domains Manage cross-squad dependencies and delivery quality at scale Drive technical health and architectural integrity of platforms Mentor delivery leads and TDMs to build high-performing teams Maintain prioritized delivery pipelines and manage delivery risks Oversee budget allocation and resource optimization What youll bring to the table Proven experience leading multiple technology delivery teams Strong Agile & DevOps expertise Experience managing distributed teams and complex dependencies Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Track record in coaching and developing technical leaders Financial management experience across multiple squads Leadership experience with the ability to build high-trust high-performance cultures Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities Collaborative partner skilled at influencing across business and technology Authentic decision-maker comfortable with complexity A career at PEXA starts with you If you think you have the required skills an appetite to learn and would be a great fit wed love to hear from you even if you dont tick all the boxes.
