We’re currently seeking a Technology Test Manager to oversee testing activities across a complex IT landscape — including legacy systems, integrations, and SaaS platforms. About the Role As the Technology Test Manager , you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end testing function. You’ll lead and manage a team of Test Leads and Analysts, working closely with Project Managers to plan, prioritise, and allocate testing resources across multiple initiatives. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who thrives on improving testing frameworks, driving quality outcomes, and streamlining manual processes in a busy enterprise environment. Key Responsibilities Manage and mentor Test Leads and Test Analysts, ensuring effective resource allocation and performance. Collaborate with Project Managers to plan test work, set priorities, and align testing activities with delivery timelines. Oversee the development and execution of test strategies and test plans. Identify and drive improvements in the current testing workflow — especially around system integration and regression testing. Define and maintain testing standards, processes, and documentation. Manage testing scope across multiple systems, including legacy platforms and integrated SaaS applications. Develop and prepare test strategies for large‑scale programs of work. Coordinate testing efforts involving both internal and external technology partners. Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Test Manager or Senior Test Lead in a complex IT environment. Strong understanding of system integration and regression testing. Experience managing testing across both legacy systems and modern SaaS solutions. Background in resource and stakeholder management within technology delivery teams. Track record of implementing process improvements or test automation initiatives in a manual testing environment.
