TEST COORDINATOR – Dayforce Payroll (3-Month Contract with potential extension for 3 months) Ready to own the UAT and parallel runway for one of Australia's largest Dayforce Payroll rollouts? We need a battle-tested Test Coordinator who lives and breathes payroll testing. If you've led Dayforce payroll cycles end-to-end, wrangled defects with Ceridian, and delivered bullet-proof parallel runs, your next mission starts here. Responsibilities Develop and manage the end-to-end business test plan for Dayforce Payroll, including integration, UAT and parallel phases. Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and vendor teams to define test scenarios and scripts aligned with business requirements. Lead test planning, execution, defect tracking, and resolution. Ensure through the testing that payroll operational processes (e.g., time capture, gross-to-net calculations, tax compliance, off-cycle runs) are thoroughly validated. Coordinate cross-functional testing efforts, including third-party integrations (e.g., finance, benefits, timekeeping). Maintain detailed documentation of test results, traceability matrices, and sign-off reports. Provide hands-on support during parallel runs and go-live readiness activities. Identify and mitigate testing risks, ensuring timely delivery of milestones. Skills & Attributes 3+ years of experience in test coordination or QA roles with payroll & HRIS systems. Recent hands-on experience with Dayforce Payroll implementation, preferably in a lead testing role. Strong understanding of payroll operations, including compliance, calculations, and reporting. Proven ability to manage complex testing cycles across multiple modules (e.g., Payroll, Time & Attendance, Finance). Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, TestRail). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Preferred Qualifications Dayforce Payroll Certification or equivalent. Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies. Interview Milestones and Steps Interview start date will be 10th Nov. This will be done over Teams.
