Test Coordinator - SAP Upgrade (6‑Month Contract) Australia – VIC, Melbourne CBD & Inner Suburbs A large blue‑chip client with a national footprint is commencing a significant SAP upgrade and requires a Test Coordinator who brings real drive, ownership, and the confidence to hold business users accountable. This is not a passive coordination role. They need someone who can step in, take control, and push testing forward with discipline and authority. If you’re someone who cuts through noise, challenges stakeholders, and ensures things get done properly, you’ll excel in this environment. What You’ll Do Lead and coordinate testing activities across multiple business units Set expectations and drive business users to meet testing deadlines Manage test planning, execution oversight, defect triage, and reporting Maintain momentum across SIT, UAT, regression and other test cycles Facilitate communication between functional teams, vendors, and leadership Escalate issues decisively and ensure testing remains on track What You Bring Experience as a Test Coordinator, Test Lead, or QA Manager Strong understanding of SAP environments (any modules; upgrade experience highly regarded) Proven ability to run testing in fast‑paced enterprise environments Formal testing certifications such as ISTQB, CAT, ASTQB, or similar Confidence to push back on stakeholders and keep deliverables aligned Clear communication, firm leadership, and an outcome‑driven mindset Why This Role Suits You You are someone who thrives under pressure, takes full ownership, keeps people accountable, and doesn’t tolerate slippage or vague answers.
