At Fit Test Australia (FTA), we provide essential respiratory fit testing to industries including healthcare, construction, mining, gas and oil, government, and utilities. We are looking for a dedicated Respiratory Fit Tester to join our VIC team with offices in Toorak and Moonee Ponds. No prior experience? No problem We provide full training – all you need is a strong work ethic, punctuality, attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Why Join FTA? ✅ Career Growth – Be part of a growing company in a crucial industry ✅ Variety – Work across multiple industries, both in-office and on-site ✅ Travel Opportunities – Work in different locations, including rural and interstate trips ✅ Autonomy – Take ownership of your role while being supported by a close-knit team About the Role Conduct quantitative fit testing for N95/P2, half-face, and full-face masks Educate individuals on the proper use, storage, and maintenance of respiratory protective equipment (RPE) Travel to client sites across Melbourne , with occasional rural and interstate travel (driving and flying) Manage calendar bookings and customer coordination Maintain and calibrate testing equipment Monitor and order stock and consumables Provide exceptional customer service , building relationships with clients, distributors, and manufacturers Generate simple end-of-day reports What We’re Looking For Strong time management (punctuality) and organisational skills Ability to problem-solve and multitask in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and a high standard of personal hygiene & presentation A valid Australian driver's license and willingness to travel Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) No Formal Qualifications Needed – We Provide Full Training At FTA, we value customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn over formal qualifications.
