ANZSOG is seeking an Academic Programs Manager, to lead the academic compliance, governance and continuous improvement of our accredited award programs, including the Executive Master of Public Administration (EMPA), Monash Pathway and new accredited programs at AQF8 or above. This role combines leadership in higher education quality assurance with managerial accountability. It offers a unique opportunity to influence and support curriculum design and pedagogy while driving quality standards at the highest level of public sector education. You will ensure academic integrity, learner success, and compliance across jurisdictions in Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand. We are looking for a leader with deep expertise in higher education programs design, academic governance, and stakeholder engagement. You’ll collaborate with faculty, conferring partner universities, and internal teams to deliver programs that are rigorous, responsive, and future‑ready for public sector leaders.
