ANZSOG is seeking a Manager, Academic Program Governance to lead the curriculum design, governance, quality and continuous improvement of our accredited award programs, including the Executive Master of Public Administration (EMPA), Monash Pathway and new Graduate Certificates. This role combines academic leadership with managerial accountability. It provides a unique opportunity to influence curriculum, pedagogy and lead quality assurance at the highest levels of public sector education. You will work to ensure academic integrity, learner success, and quality assurance and compliance, across jurisdictions in Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand. We are looking for a leader with deep expertise in curriculum design, academic governance and stakeholder engagement. You’ll partner with faculty, universities and internal teams to deliver programs that are rigorous, responsive and future‑ready for public sector leaders.
