You will build meaningful relationships with families, ensuring every child feels a profound sense of belonging and is supported to thrive. You will mentor and inspire educational practices in your room, collaborating with our centre leadership team to develop, review and implement high‑quality early learning programmes, achieving outstanding outcomes for our children. Qualifications Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved) Current Western Australia Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification Active registration with the Teachers Registration Board of Western Australia (TRB WA).
