Take charge of over 10 stores in a newly created Regional Manager role with a major retailer. A rare, autonomous and impactful opportunity About the Role As the sole Tasmania-based Regional Manager, you will lead approximately over 10 stores and a team of just under 100 staff members across a well-established portfolio of apparel brands. Working within a structured national framework, you will play a critical role in shaping team capability, elevating store performance, and ensuring consistent execution across people, operations, and customer experience. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and broader store teams Drive recruitment, induction, and ongoing succession planning Achieve sales budgets and key performance metrics across all stores Manage wage costs, financial performance, and shrinkage control Maintain visual merchandising standards and promotional execution Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement Conduct regular store visits and guide operational excellence About You You are an adaptable, hands-on leader with experience managing a comparable retail portfolio within Area Management within fashion, apparel, or a transferable big-box retail environment.
