Our Sorrento Pharmacy is seeking a friendly, enthusiastic and personable Pharmacy Assistant to join their team on a Casual basis with a preferred start date of 5th Jan 2026. You will be working 1 – 2 shifts per week, plus coverage when required. Flexibility is desirable, with the ability to work nights until 8pm and weekend availability. Responsibilities Working with Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians, your duties will include: Exceptional patient care and service Front of shop Point of sale (register) Training, and assisting with dispensing prescriptions, handling over‑the‑counter queries, putting away orders, and doing customer deliveries. Position requirements Full working rights in Australia Previous pharmacy experience is desirable. The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a willingness to learn, have a strong attention to detail and be able to follow instructions. In addition, good communication skills, a sense of urgency and ability to work well within a team environment are equally important. Our vision is to improve the quality of life within our community.
