Benefits Health & Wellness Support Rewards & Recognition Programs Generous Leave Policies Discounts & Other Benefits The Role Field‑based Pharmacy Sales Representative (internally known as Pharmacy Health Representative) managing the North and North West territory in NSW. Key Responsibilities Execute the sales strategy for Pharmacy Strategic Accounts. Ensure each store within the banner groups comprehends and fulfills its role in implementing plans agreed at the Head Office. Meet assigned metric targets set by the Groups. Build strong relationships with pharmacies and offer compelling business value proposition to customers. Introduce Pfizer’s portfolio to pharmacists and forge strong customer relationships. Display promotional excellence and proficiency in both virtual and face‑to‑face interactions. Collaborate with cross‑functional resources to attain strategic imperatives. Preferred Qualifications Tertiary qualifications in Business / Science or similar (highly regarded). Minimum 5 years sales experience in Retail Pharmacy or as a pharmacist with excellent understanding of the sales process in pharmacy setting. Strong time management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities. Solid negotiation skills and ability to influence others. Ability to cultivate relationships throughout an organisation (internal/external). Ideal Candidate Strong knowledge of disease states, therapeutic areas, and products. Deep understanding & proactive approach to engaging with customers. Strategic mindset with robust relationship‑building skills. Demonstrated ability to assess account needs and provide relevant information and resources to drive performance. Leadership and persuasive communication skills. Can‑do attitude and work ethic with determination and adaptability. Thorough understanding of communicating using digital tools. Additional Information On successful completion of recruitment, the candidate will receive training and support. Tools of trade (phone, tablet, laptop) will be provided.
