What you'll be doing Collaborating directly with clients to understand their design requirements and translate their vision into innovative, eye‑catching graphics. Designing signage and vehicle wraps/graphics that effectively communicate the client’s brand and messaging. Preparing high‑quality digital artwork and files for printing and installation via our in‑house production facility. Providing support and advice to the production team to ensure successful implementation of designs. Assisting in video production & editing for social media posts. Staying up‑to‑date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies. What we’re looking for A diploma or degree in Graphic Design or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in a graphic design role, with exposure to signage, vehicle wrap and wallpaper/wall graphics projects. Excellent skills in Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout and composition. Ability to interpret client briefs and translate them into visually compelling designs. Familiarity with print production processes and file preparation requirements. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and the internal team of sales, designers, production members and installers. A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating high‑quality, impactful designs. What we offer Grafico operates under 3 key arms – AUTO, WALLS & SIGNAGE.
