We are seeking a Bookkeeper to manage our Australian and US ledgers , ensuring smooth financial operations, compliance, and accurate reporting across multiple entities. Key Responsibilities Australian Ledger Weekly payroll for 2 employees Weekly bank reconciliation (1 account, ~50–100 transactions/month) Daily bank reconciliation (~1,000 transactions/month) Management of Mercury Bank, Wise, PayPal, Payoneer, and Crypto accounts (in setup) Daily ad hoc invoicing Daily guest post payments (10–20 transactions on average) Weekly cashflow updates and meetings Weekly Accounts Receivable (AR) management Monthly payroll for 70+ overseas subcontractors Monthly client invoicing for retainers Qualifications Proven bookkeeping/accounting experience and qualifications Proficiency in Xero Experience managing high-volume transactions (international accounts, crypto, and payment platforms) Strong organizational skills Excellent communication and ability to coordinate directly with the COO Application Instructions To apply, please send us a short introductory video (1-2 minutes) to #J-18808-Ljbffr
