Timberlink Australia & New Zealand is a leading timber products manufacturing and distribution business. Our two manufacturing sites are located close to some of the best plantation pine resources in the world – Bell Bay in Tasmania & Tarpeena in South Australia. Our fit‑for‑purpose indoor and outdoor plantation pine products are suitable for building new homes, renovation projects and other industrial manufacturing applications including packaging, pallets, and furniture components. About the role We are looking for a Workplace Relations Manager , based in Scoresby, who’s ready to make a real impact supporting our leaders and teams across Australia on all matters related to industrial and employee relations. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, the Workplace Relations Manager will provide expert guidance and support on employee and industrial relations matters to both the HR team and the wider business. This includes regular engagement, coaching, and collaboration with line managers and supervisors across all aspects of Employee and Industrial Relations. As a key contributor to the HR strategy, the role will foster strong partnerships with HR Managers and site leaders, while working closely with payroll, safety, and legal teams. Through effective communication, proactive engagement, and a focus on compliance, this position will drive business improvement, strengthen employee engagement, and ensure adherence to legislative and industrial requirements.
