The Role Reporting to the CEO, we are seeking a senior, hands‑on Workplace Relations Manager to provide expert guidance and support to our members. This role is critical in representing our members and CCF NSW in tribunals, negotiations, and consultations while developing policies, resources, and documentation to drive best practice across the industry. This is a highly autonomous role with strategic and operational responsibilities, contributing directly to CCF NSW's member value, reputation, and policy influence. Key Responsibilities Workplace Advisory Services: Deliver practical, timely advice on workplace relations matters including HR, industrial relations, Modern Awards, and legislative compliance. Enterprise Agreement Negotiation: Support members through the full lifecycle of enterprise agreements, including negotiations, drafting, lodgement, and representation before the Fair Work Commission. Representation & Advocacy: Act as an industrial advocate for CCF NSW and its members across tribunals, mediations, and external forums. Member Engagement: Lead member meetings, forums, committees, and training initiatives to enhance industry knowledge and compliance. Policy & Documentation Development: Draft compliant workplace relations policies, resources, and documentation for members. Advise the CEO on internal and external workplace relations matters. Document Shop Management: Maintain and update the CCF NSW Document Shop, ensuring all materials are accurate, compliant, and aligned with member needs. Compliance Audits & Service Development: Conduct IR, WHS, Quality, and Environmental compliance audits; manage compliance service delivery; identify opportunities for new services. Member Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with members, including visitation programs and reference groups. Reporting & Evaluation: Develop systems to track and report on policy, service delivery, and compliance performance. Attend Board meetings as required. Qualifications & Experience Degree in Law, Business, or a related discipline. NSW Unrestricted Practising Certificate (preferred but not required). Certificate IV in WHS and/or auditing certificate highly desirable. Demonstrated experience representing matters before the Fair Work Commission, including case preparation, negotiation, and advocacy. Strong knowledge of ISO standards and WHS legislation, including application in compliance and audit environments. Valid NSW driver's licence. Why Join CCF NSW?
