Employment Status: Casual Location: Kenmore, Brookfield & Surrounding Areas Remuneration: $35.50 p/hr (+ Casual Loading) + 12% Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging + Allowances & Travel Reimbursement. About The Role As a Personal Carer you’ll provide care to clients living in the community, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life. Spending time on the road completing scheduled visits and interacting one‑on‑one with clients within their homes. In‑home personal care and daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry and ironing. Providing care in accordance with their individualized Care Plan. Supporting community‑based recreational and social activities. Transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments. Role Requirements Certificate III Aged Care, Individual Support or an equivalent qualification – Essential. Current Australian Driver’s Licence (Green Provisional minimum) – Essential. Roadworthy & insured (Third Party Property minimum) vehicle to use for work – Essential. Experience with technology including smartphones, tablets, laptops etc. Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies.
