The Role As Operations Manager , you’ll lead the day‑to‑day and strategic operations of our growing healthcare group. Overseeing multiple departments and key business functions, you’ll ensure consistent service delivery, regulatory compliance and financial performance across all clinics. Working closely with Directors and senior managers, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the group’s future growth and success. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and direction to the management team across operations, HR, marketing, digital innovation and compliance. Oversee performance, budgets and quality standards across all clinics to ensure alignment with RACGP, WHS and other healthcare regulations. Drive strategic projects, including new site development, systems implementation and service expansion. Lead and mentor the Group Practice Manager, HR Manager and other department heads to achieve operational goals. Monitor group financial performance, identify efficiencies, and implement improvement initiatives. Maintain strong stakeholder relationships with clinicians, staff, and external partners. About You Minimum 5 years’ experience in multi‑site healthcare or allied health operations. Proven leadership and people‑management skills. Financial acumen and data analysis capability. Demonstrated understanding of RACGP standards, Medicare processes, and compliance requirements. Project management experience in clinic or facility expansion preferred.
