About the Role: We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and customer-focused Front Office Associate who is able to work all shifts , including mornings, evenings, weekends, and overnights as needed. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and delivers exceptional service with a positive attitude. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist guests, clients, or visitors with professionalism and warmth Answer and direct phone calls, manage inquiries, and handle scheduling or reservations Perform check-in/check-out procedures or equivalent administrative tasks Maintain accurate records, logs, and reports Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly Handle cash, payments, or billing (if applicable) Uphold company policies and safety standards at all times Requirements: Front office or customer service experience is preferable Ability to work all shifts— including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Strong communication and multitasking skills Professional appearance and demeanor Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, POS systems, or scheduling software) #J-18808-Ljbffr
