Change Manager Outsized Sydney, New South Wales, Australia About the Role A leading aviation sector organisation is undertaking a major implementation of Dayforce across a diverse blue‑collar and white‑collar workforce. The Change Manager will lead the people, behavioural and readiness components of this transformation, ensuring successful adoption of Payroll, Time and Attendance, and Core HR modules. The role focuses on driving behavioural change, preparing operational and office‑based employees for new ways of working, and ensuring the HRIS platform is understood, adopted and embedded across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver a tailored change management strategy for the Dayforce rollout. Adapt engagement, communication and training for both operational and office‑based teams. Lead readiness activities across multiple sites to prepare employees and leaders. Partner with Payroll, HR, Operations and project leadership to enable smooth rollout. Assess change impacts and implement mitigation and readiness plans. Coach frontline leaders and managers to support behavioural adoption. Support development and delivery of targeted training and communication materials. Monitor adoption risks, resistance and site readiness, escalating issues when needed. Your Background Strong experience leading organisational change in blue‑collar or operational environments . Hands‑on experience delivering HRIS, payroll, or workforce management system implementations . Prior experience with Dayforce or equivalent platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Ceridian, ADP). Ability to plan and execute change activities across multiple physical sites as well as remote/office environments. Highly Valued Exposure to change management within the aviation or similar regulated, safety‑focused industries. Ability to tailor change interventions to mixed workforce demographics and shift‑based environments.
