Job Description As the Club Millesime Assistant Manager, you will demonstrate Passion for Excellence by serving guests with flair and professionalism, ensuring personalized service and embodying French hospitality with a "can-do" attitude. Key responsibilities include: Deliver a personalised and memorable service to Accor Platinum members and VIP guests. Support and lead the team of 20+ ambassadors. Ensure that the club is managed efficiently, providing courteous, professional and flexible service at all times. Support the Club Manager to train, mentor and develop all club ambassadors. Supervise and coordinate all duties and tasks. Qualifications Represent the Sofitel brand with luxury leadership. Excellent presentation and communication skills, especially with executive club and VIP guests. Minimum 2 years experience in Food & Beverage at a supervisory level or above. Passion for coaching the team on floor, paying attention to details and guest services. Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.
