Lead landmark developments across SEQ with a client-side consultancy that genuinely values quality, structure, and people. You’ll be joining an ISO-certified, quality-driven, no-ego team that blends commercial precision with construction delivery expertise. Projects typically range from $20M - $100M+ across multi-residential, mixed-use, education, hotel, and industrial developments, each managed from feasibility through to completion for private and government clients. It’s a balanced, low-drama environment where people communicate clearly, take ownership, and do things properly. The Role You’ll take charge of complex, high-value projects exceeding $100M, managing feasibility, procurement, approvals, and full delivery. This is a senior leadership position combining commercial management, superintendency, and practical on-site understanding. You’ll work closely with Directors to deliver benchmark outcomes while mentoring junior staff and setting the tone for a high-performing regional team. It’s a role for someone who thrives on autonomy, accountability, and precision. The Offer $150,000 - $200,000 + Super (depending on experience) Immediate interview and start available (subject to notice) Initially Gold Coast-based, transitioning to Brisbane (to be discussed) ISO-certified systems, structure, and process clarity Direct access to senior leadership and decision-makers Collaborative, professional culture with no egos or politics Long-term growth and career development What Success Looks Like Feasibility, design, and approvals delivered on time and within budget Robust procurement and tender processes protecting cost and quality outcomes Clean commercial management and superintendency across delivery Clear, confident communication with clients, consultants, and contractors Junior team members coached to uphold delivery standards Key Responsibilities Oversee feasibility, design development, and approvals Manage procurement and tender processes for consultants and contractors Deliver commercial management and superintendency throughout construction Chair meetings, issue reports, and maintain project documentation Drive timelines, budgets, and risk management Lead consultant teams and mentor APMs within a growing office You 5 - 10 years’ experience in client-side and/or contractor-side project management Proven delivery of $100M+ high-rise or complex built-form projects Strong commercial management and cost reporting capability Confident communicator and decisive leader Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, QS or Civil Engineering (builder’s licence advantageous) Sound understanding of Australian Standard contracts (AS4902, AS4000) Why This Role If you value working with high-calibre professionals who deliver without ego, this is the environment for you.
