Client Service Consultant

You will demonstrate the ability to ask the right questions and find the right solutions for our customers via live chat and phone where required. This will include occasionally making outbound calls to our clients, advisors or brokers.You will identify and escalate issues to supervisors including opportunities for improvement on our best practice guides and direct queries to the appropriate support teams.What you offer
