Grow your leadership impact in a purpose-driven role. This secondment opportunity offers the chance to lead a team of Centre Leaders and Specialists within our Customer Service function. Youll contribute to performance uplift coaching and operational delivery across the ASG network while supporting change and continuous improvement initiatives. What Youll Do Leading operational excellence across the Brand Contact Centre and virtual network Coaching and developing Centre Leaders and supporting the Leader Development Pool Collaborate with stakeholders to embed change initiatives and drive operational excellence Support recruitment onboarding and development of new specialists in partnership with Learning and Recruitment teams Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across processes and systems Promote a safety-first culture and support risk maturity across the team What Youll Bring Proven leadership experience in a contact centre environment (minimum 3 years). Strong coaching capability with a focus on performance uplift and development. Experience managing change using frameworks such as ADKAR. Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and influence stakeholders. Commercial acumen and understanding of contact centre operations and metrics.
