Responsibilities Maintaining a safe environment for children, families, and team members Complying with National Quality Standards (NQS) and Goodstart Policies, Procedures and Requirements Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families Actively contributing to the education program in the room and the centre team Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement Contributing to a professional and positive work culture Qualifications and Eligibility To be eligible for a Traineeship you are not able to hold a previous Certificate or Diploma qualification completed outside of secondary school in the last 7 years. Applicants who have completed a school‑based certificate other than in childcare will still be eligible.
