We are searching for a passionate and capable National Distribution Manager to lead our warehousing operations across Australia and New Zealand. This role is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and cost‑effective warehousing practices that support our supply chain strategy and drive exceptional customer outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead, coordinate, and optimise multi‑site warehouse operations across ANZ Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and safety standards Drive continuous improvement across processes and systems Manage budgets, resources, and operational performance metrics Collaborate closely with key internal stakeholders to support service excellence Manage all Third-Party Logistics (3PL) partnerships This is a high‑impact leadership role where you'll drive operational excellence, champion best‑in‑class logistics practices, and foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. You'll collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, manage a diverse workforce, and leverage technology and data to enhance service levels and cost‑effectiveness. Your expertise in multi‑site distribution, people leadership, and process optimisation will be key to supporting Device Technologies' growth and reputation as a trusted partner in healthcare. Experience required 5 or more years supply‑chain experience and extensive work in management roles and strong knowledge of warehouse practices and principles Focuses ceaselessly on customers Works well under pressure Works well cross‑functionally Ability to effectively lead and manage diverse teams through either direct or indirect reporting relationships. Strong communication, presentation and negotiating skills along with an ability to evaluate complex supply‑chain solutions and understandably articulate these. Proficiency in relevant software, such as warehouse management systems, Microsoft Office, MRP and key data and analytics tools Proven experience in driving warehouse efficiency programs, including but not limited to, barcoding, WMS, paperless picking, cartonisation, RFID, etc. Capable in configuring warehouse management systems and re‑slotting to drive productivity and efficiency improvements. A degree in supply‑chain management, logistics, business administration, engineering, or a related field Experience with SAP systems, particularly S / 4HANA, including configuration, integration, and process optimisation within supply‑chain and distribution environments.
