We are looking for an experienced and proactive individual to support our customers, ensuring our equipment is hired and delivered to meet their needs. If you're highly organised and have excellent customer service skills, we want you on our team Start date: January 2026 Key Skills Required: Ability to work independently High level of computer literacy Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and juggle multiple priorities Key Responsibilities: Manage incoming hire requests and assist clients with their equipment needs Prepare and complete Hire Agreements and Customer Hire Contracts Build and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients Coordinate with the Transport division to ensure timely delivery and pick‑up of equipment Book and invoice equipment hires Oversee the movement of hire equipment General administration and reception tasks What We Offer: Excellent career growth and advancement opportunities Onsite parking Friendly, supportive team environment Work for a stable and secure family‑run business We're seeking someone with outstanding customer service abilities, a hands‑on approach, and a positive “can‑do” attitude to join our dynamic team.
