Eligibility Criteria Education : Completion of Year 10 (or equivalent) by the end of 2025, with sound maths and communication skills. Personal Attributes : Environmentally and socially responsible, motivated, a strong team player, and eager to learn. Residency : Must be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or a New Zealand citizen. Mobility & Availability : Willing and able to travel and work away from home as needed, and available to commence in January 2025. Physical Requirements : Ability to work at heights and in/on plant and equipment, noting a maximum weight limit of 140kg for safety compliance of approved ladders. Interview Centre : If you are successfully shortlisted, you will be invited to attend our in‑person interview centre. Pre‑Employment Checks : Candidates selected at the interview centre will be invited to undergo pre‑employment checks. Offer of Employment : Successful candidates will receive a verbal offer of employment followed by a formal offer sent by email.
