We’re seeking a strategic and hands‑on Revenue & Blueshift Systems Manager to support pricing, trade spend, and the Blueshift (IBP) platform. This is a pivotal role for a commercial finance leader who thrives on cross‑functional collaboration, process improvement, and delivering actionable insights. What you’ll do Develop and implement pricing strategies to optimise margins and revenue. Oversee the trade spend system, promotional planning, and ROI analysis. Forecast revenue performance, analyse sales data, and identify opportunities for growth. Manage and enhance the Blueshift (IBP) platform, ensuring data integrity and system compliance. Lead system upgrades, integrations, and user training across Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain. Track and report on key revenue KPIs, customer profitability, and segment performance. Implement robust internal controls for pricing and trade spend processes. Act as the first point of contact for Blueshift users, resolving issues and driving continuous improvement. What you’ll bring 10+ years’ experience in Commercial Finance, Revenue Management, or Trade Spend roles within FMCG or Retail. Proven expertise in pricing, promotional mechanics, and trade spend optimisation. Comprehensive knowledge of customer and product master data (including hierarchy logic), along with general ledger (GL) architecture is essential. Strong analytical and financial modelling skills; proficiency with ERP, BI tools, and TPM applications (Blueshift experience highly regarded). Demonstrated ability to manage system upgrades, integrations, and process improvements. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience delivering training and leading change. Detail‑oriented, process‑driven, and compliance‑focused.
