You will be responsible for the effective and efficient running of day‑to‑day operations in the restaurant. Lead the restaurant team in efficient day‑to‑day operations Model the standards and behaviours consistent with Zambrero values and culture Assist in training, developing, and driving the team to deliver positive and memorable customer experiences Assist with hiring new team members and onboarding them Assist in managing the team, including staff performance reviews and rostering Ensure food is prepared, presented, and served to the highest standard Assist with ordering stock from suppliers Assist with office administration duties such as paperwork, banking, cash handling, payroll, and policy review Manage daily and weekly cleaning of production areas, dining room, and general restaurant Assist with executing marketing promotions Ensure safety and security standards are recognised and upheld, and employees are trained in Workplace Health and Safety What You’ll Bring We’d love for you to join us if you’ve got what we need: Passionate about our humanitarian values and ready to make a difference Passionate about building a positive culture within the restaurant – focused on exceptional customer service, teamwork, and helping those in need Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively to customers and colleagues Ability to maintain a professional, well‑groomed and neat appearance at all times Ability to multi‑task and adapt to changing customer levels as required Ability to adapt and succeed in a fast‑paced environment How to apply: Click on the Apply Now button to apply through Zapid Hire. #J-18808-Ljbffr
