Our quick-service restaurants serve tasty burritos, bowls, nachos, and tacos filled with homemade guac and other goodies. Staff work with fresh ingredients and we are open day and night, allowing you to flexibly balance work, school, and play. We also donate one meal to someone in need for every bowl or burrito bought through our Plate 4 Plate initiative. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient running of the day-to-day operations in the restaurant. Leading the restaurant team in efficient day-to-day operations Being a role model for the standards and behaviours consistent with Zambrero values and culture Assisting in training, developing, and driving the team to deliver positive and memorable customer experiences Assisting in hiring new team members and onboarding them Assisting in managing the team, including staff performance reviews and rostering Ensuring food is prepared, presented, and served to the highest standard Assisting with ordering stock from various suppliers Assisting with office administration duties such as paperwork, banking, cash handling, payroll, and reviewing policies Managing daily and weekly cleaning of the production areas, dining room, and general restaurant Assisting with executing marketing promotions Ensuring safety and security standards are recognised and upheld, and that employees are effectively trained in Workplace Health and Safety What You’ll Bring Passionate about our humanitarian values and ready to make a difference Passionate about building a positive culture within the restaurant – focused on exceptional customer service, teamwork, helping those in need, and making Zambrero an enjoyable place to work Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively to both customers and colleagues Ability to maintain a professional, well-groomed and neat appearance at all times Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing customer levels as required Ability to adapt and succeed in a fast-paced environment How to Apply Click on the link to apply through Zapid Hire.
