Junior Designer / Project & Office All-Rounder We’re a growing design & manufacturing agency that creates retail displays for major Aussie brands. We’re looking for a junior designer who wants broad experience — a mix of industrial design exposure, project coordination and general office support. It’s perfect for someone early in their career who wants to learn how real-world projects move from concept to production. About the role Assisting with design tasks, artwork updates, specs and presentations Helping coordinate projects, logistics and supplier communication Keeping Monday.com and job details updated Preparing basic quotes, POs and job numbers General office coordination and assisting the director Learning and supporting workflow setup across multiple departments Skills & tools Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) Moving forward, exposure to SolidWorks and KeyShot (including scene setup) No deep experience needed — we will teach you Who this suits A junior designer with admin/coordination ability Degree in Graphic Design or Industrial Design Organised, practical and happy to take on varied tasks Great attitude, willingness to learn and solid communication Why this role is great Exposure to industrial design , manufacturing , projects and operations Learn real production processes from concept through to installation Supportive, down-to-earth team with no micromanaging Clear growth into designer , project coordinator or account support roles Check us out: informeddesign.com.au If you want real-world experience across design, production and project work — we’d love to hear from you.
