ZigZag Hub is a platform for entrepreneurial learning for young people aged 11-17. Focusing on technology, innovation, critical thinking, and problem-solving, the flagship program is currently the annual Young Eyes Festival of Innovation. About the Role As our Innovation Coordinator, you'll play a key role in bringing existing and new programs to life. You'll be liaising with teachers, parents, students, and industry, managing the LMS platform to support online learning, and developing courses in line with state and federal curriculum. You may occasionally be called upon to facilitate program elements. The role will be permanent part-time and can be during school hours if that's what works for the right candidate. We'd be looking for the role to commence in mid January 2026. What You’ll Bring First and foremost, we’re looking for an educator who has experience working with children or young people in a primary or secondary school setting. You’ll also be: Passionate about the role of creativity, Edtech, and innovation can play in youth education Tech savvy with exposure to LMS Vibrant, with great verbal and written communication skills Able to work independently and manage your time efficiently Experienced in developing student-focused programs or workshops. You’ll have a current Working With Children Check (or be able to get one). A Masters in Education will be an advantage. Why Join Us?
