About the role We are currently seeking a motivated Senior Façade Design Engineer looking for exciting and challenging projects and a drive to further progress their career. This is a great opportunity to work in a forward‑thinking company developing innovative ideas and working on some of the most prestigious structures and Tier 1 investment firms in Australia. The role reports to the Façades Team Leader and this position will work across a wide range of projects in the commercial, retail, public and strata sectors. Key responsibilities Engineering, design review and design certification of façade systems Preparing technical reports, technical specifications and contract documentation Client interface, relationship building and business growth initiatives Providing coaching and QA to others in the team Qualifications and experience 5+ years’ experience as a Façade Design Engineer and relevant accreditation with the Institute of Engineers Australia NER registration and CPEng candidates are preferred or if you are working towards these accreditations DBPA registered or eligible Able to undertake complex facade design, both new and remedial Able to work in a team, manage and mentor less experienced colleagues Able to work autonomously and show initiative with little oversight from senior management Lead and be a role model for the team Interact with clients and build relationships Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent time management skills essential to handle multiple projects simultaneously Be self‑aware, inspire confidence in others and able to correctly ‘read’ people and situations Why Us?
