Be among the first 25 applicants. About the Role We’re looking for an inspiring Engineering Manager to lead our high-performing AI Solutions Team. In this pivotal role, you’ll combine deep technical expertise with strategic leadership to architect and deliver intelligent, customer-centric AI solutions. From shaping cutting‑edge systems to mentoring top-tier talent, you’ll be at the forefront of innovation. Driving engineering excellence and leveraging a diverse range of tools and platforms to build scalable, impactful solutions. Required Skills & Experience Proven leadership experience in managing small, high-performing engineering teams. Strong knowledge and proven experience applying AI capabilities to real world problems. Hands‑on technical capability where you have contributed to complex codebases, implemented proof-of‑concepts and resolved escalated technical issues. Strong knowledge of secure coding practices. Proven ability to define and maintain engineering standards ensuring scalability, maintainability, quality and compliance with organisational security requirements. Excellent communication and mentoring skills fostering technical excellence and collaboration across stakeholders. Desirable Experience with Python, TypeScript or C#. Experience using CI/CD technologies such as Docker and scalable containerised application architecture. Experience developing in a Linux based environment. Qualifications & Eligibility To Be Eligible For This Position You Must Have qualifications or equivalent experience relevant to the role. Be an Australian Citizen; and Hold a Negative Vetting 2 clearance or higher.
