Furniture Removalist / Warehouse Assistant Crave Home Staging are a leading home staging business in Perth, Western Australia. We are currently looking for a casual Furniture Removalist/Warehouse Assistant to join our fun, fast paced team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently and safely managing large stocks of inventory with significant value, whilst guaranteeing the company delivers the exceptional level of customer service we are known for across all projects. A current MR or HR licence and Order Picker licence/ticket would be favourable for this role, but not necessary. Please note this position involves significant physical activity and manual labor, including the daily movement of large amounts of inventory. As such, a certain level of strength and physical fitness is required Role Overview Join our team and play a key role in managing and executing various projects, including the delivery, installation, and removal of furniture between our warehouse and project sites. You'll ensure that our inventory is maintained to the highest quality standards and that accurate inventory records are kept at all times. In addition, you'll be responsible for upholding our standard operating procedures to ensure smooth operations across all tasks. Skills Required Experience in warehousing and logistics is preferred Experience in furniture removal is preferred Experience in driving trucks is preferred Experience in driving an order picker is preferred Excellent time management and communication skills Have a great ability to follow instructions Ability to lead by example Strong attention to detail Coaching and mentoring skills Understanding of inventory management software and computer skills Successful Applicants Will Hold a valid driver’s licence with a sound driving record Have a decisive and self‑starting attitude, with energy and motivation to work in a very demanding environment Be physically fit, friendly and well presented Have contactable references from previous employers Hold a proven employment history of reliability and punctuality Be motivated to deliver on company KPI’s MR or HR driver’s licence with sound driving record preferred What’s On Offer Work with a reputable, market‑leading business Troubleshoot and provide solutions to workflow effectiveness Servicing a range of real‑estate and property clients Great working environment with supportive management On‑the‑job training provided Remuneration Casual Role offering $33.19-$35 / hour depending on experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
