Associate Director – Identity & Access Management Lead the strategy, uplift and delivery of Identity & Access Management across a large, complex, and global technology environment. This senior role is ideal for an IAM leader who combines strategic thinking with hands‑on capability. As Associate Director, you’ll guide a passionate team, modernise identity platforms, and drive the adoption of Zero Trust, least privilege, MFA, SSO, PAM and automated access controls. You’ll collaborate across business, security, HR, legal, infrastructure and application teams to create a secure, scalable and user‑friendly identity ecosystem. What you’ll be responsible for: Leading IAM strategy, operations and people management Designing and enhancing IAM, PAM, SSO, MFA and RBAC solutions Driving automation, integration and simplification of identity services Ensuring compliance with audit, privacy and regulatory frameworks Embedding strong identity governance and modern IAM practices What you’ll bring: 10+ years in cybersecurity with deep IAM expertise Proven leadership across cross‑functional teams and vendors Strong hands‑on experience with identity platforms and directory services Excellent problem‑solving, communication and stakeholder skills A mindset for continuous improvement, automation and Zero Trust If you’re ready to shape the future of identity security and lead a team delivering essential, high‑impact services—this is a rare and exciting opportunity.
