This role encompasses setting and achieving retail budgets, managing P&L, overseeing store operations, and leading teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. The Head of Retail will implement and enhance loyalty programs, manage store traffic, and collaborate closely with various departments to ensure seamless inventory management and visual merchandising that aligns with the brand's identity.
