Base pay range A$100,000.00/yr - A$150,000.00/yr We’re looking for experienced B2C Sales Specialists to join a well‑established and rapidly growing life insurance provider, helping individuals and families plan for their future with confidence. You’ll be selling a suite of trusted, award‑winning life insurance products that make a genuine difference in people’s lives when it matters most. Package: $100,000 + Uncapped Commission Package breakdown: $77,000 base + Super Uncapped Commission - OTE $150K What You’ll Be Doing Help families protect their future by understanding their needs and recommending suitable life insurance solutions. Generate new business through prospecting, networking and proactive outreach. Split your time between the field and office, with various office locations available across Sydney. What You’ll Bring Minimum 2+ years’ B2C sales experience. Experience in consumer‑based selling such as insurance, finance, real estate, telco, home improvements, FMCG etc. Strong consultative communication skills and ability to build trust quickly. Proven ability to generate leads, manage a pipeline and close sales. Self‑starter who is comfortable working on the road, from home or via regional hubs.
