Insurance Sales Consultant – Join Sharp & Carter as a trusted advisor in life insurance. We’re looking for experienced B2C Sales Specialists to help individuals and families plan for their future with a suite of trusted, award‑winning life insurance products. Package: $100,000 base salary plus uncapped commission (OTE $150K). $77,000 base + super, $15,000 car allowance. What You’ll Be Doing Help families protect their future by understanding their needs and recommending suitable life insurance solutions. Generate new business through prospecting, networking and proactive outreach. Split your time between the field and office, with various office locations available across Sydney. Proven ability to generate leads, manage a pipeline and close sales. Self‑starter who is comfortable working on the road, from home or via regional hubs. Full driver’s license.
